1. Return Shipping & Lost Packages

  • We only accept returns of unused, brand-new products. If the return is due to a quality issue or our mistake, we will cover return shipping and arrange a label or pickup when needed.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we’ll generally reship the order or otherwise resolve the issue — please contact support for details.


2. Complaint Handling & Response Time

  • Our support team aims to respond within 2 business day. We’ll evaluate your case and propose a solution (remake, replacement, or refund).

  • If you choose a refund, we will initiate it immediately after approval.


3. Return / Refund Steps (How to request)

  1. Email support@diyanyone.com within 180 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number;

    • Clear photos and/or video showing the item and the issue (overall and close-up);

    • Photos of packaging and shipping label if the item looks damaged in transit;

    • A short description of the problem.

  2. Our team will reply within 24 hours and guide you on the next steps.

  3. If approved, we’ll either:

    • Send a return label and cover return shipping, then refund after inspection, or

    • Arrange a free remake/replacement and ship it to you, or

    • Issue a refund directly (if that’s your preference).

  4. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).


4. Refused / Returned Packages

  • If you refuse a delivery and the package returns to us, contact support. If you still want the order, we’ll happily resend it free of charge if the return was due to a quality or shipping issue. For customer-initiated refusal without a quality issue, we’ll work it out case-by-case.


5. Refund Details

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  • We will process refunds immediately after approval; banks may take 3–10 business days to show the funds.
