Quick overview

  • Where we ship: United States only.

  • Carrier: USPS (domestic).

  • Order processing / production: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after being placed.

  • Transit time: Most customers receive their package within 3–4 business days after shipment.

  • Remote/extra fees: We do not charge additional remote-area fees — shipping is a flat per-item rate across the U.S.
    (Note: “flat per-item rate” means there are no extra remote-area surcharges — the per-item charge is determined only by the item’s weight bracket, as shown below.)

  • Shipping — weight-based tiers: Shipping cost increases by $4.50 for each 0.5 lb bracket.

     Any item weighing more than 12.00 lb is charged the flat $219.00 rate.

  • Tracking: Yes — every order includes a tracking number.


Processing & production times

  • Order processing: We pick, pack and hand off orders to USPS as quickly as possible — typically 1 business day and never later than 2 business day from when the order is placed.

  • Stock & seasonality: We maintain steady fabric and stock levels; seasonal demand does not normally delay shipping.


Shipping methods & transit times

  • Carrier: USPS only.

  • Estimated transit: Most orders arrive in 3 business days (typical), up to 4 business days depending on destination and local USPS operations.

  • Shipping schedule: We ship every business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.


Shipping costs & how they’re calculated

  • Standard orders: $4.50 . Shipping cost increases by $4.50 for each 0.5 lb bracket. This fee is shown at checkout.

  • Remote/extra fees: We do not charge additional remote-area fees — shipping is a flat per-item rate across the U.S.


Tracking & delivery

  • Tracking number: Provided for every shipment. Use the tracking link in your order confirmation email to follow delivery.

  • Signature: We do not require a signature by default. If you prefer signature-required delivery, please contact support before shipment (may affect delivery options).

  • If no one’s home: USPS typically leaves delivery instructions (safe place, neighbor, or hold for pickup). If a package is marked delivered but missing, check the delivery location and neighbors first, then contact us.


Lost, damaged or missing packages

  • Lost packages: Contact support@diyanyone.com right away. We will open an investigation with USPS and, depending on the outcome, reship or otherwise resolve the issue.

  • Damaged on arrival: Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging and email them to support. We’ll resend, remake, or refund as appropriate. Order number and photos help us resolve faster.


Order changes & cancellations

  • Before we ship: You can cancel or modify orders any time before they ship. Because we process quickly (within 2 business day), please contact support immediately.

  • After we ship: Once shipped, orders cannot be modified. For post-delivery help, follow our Returns & Refunds process.
