The begining
We started DIYANYONE for a simple reason: too many people hate T-shirts. A Reddit post stuck with us — someone wrote about how T-shirts never fit right, feel uncomfortable, and are a pain to care for. You can read the original post here: https://www.reddit.com/r/unpopularopinion/comments/1ngb58x/tshirts_are_the_most_uncomfortable_annoying_type/
That frustrated-but-honest take felt familiar. We didn’t want to argue with it — we wanted to fix the problem.
What we heard and what we changed
People told us the same things again and again:
“T-shirts are too short or too long. The sleeves don’t fit. The neck is weird. They don’t last.”
We agreed that most mass-market tees made compromises: low-quality blends, unclear sizing, and lazy printing. So we set out to do three things differently.
1) Better fabric — 100% cotton that actually feels good
We use 100% cotton because it breathes, stretches a little with movement, and gets softer with each wash. No flimsy poly blends that trap heat or feel plasticky. Our goal is a tee that’s comfortable from morning coffee to late-night plans.
2) Honest fits and clear guidance
Instead of vague sizing, we build real patterns and publish clear size charts. Want a relaxed look? We tell you to size up. Want true to size? We tell you that, too. No surprises at the door — just a shirt that fits how you expect it to.
3) Prints that make the shirt worth wearing
We’re not here to slap logos on blank fabric. As a team that grew out of a printing shop, we care about design and technique. Our prints are made to be vibrant, detailed, and durable — the kind of graphics people want to show off, not hide. We lean into playful, vintage, and pop-culture styles so the tee becomes something people choose to wear again and again.
Who we are
DIYANYONE was born from a small print shop — real people who know ink, color, and how fabric behaves. That background means:
-
We control the print process end to end.
-
We check quality on every run.
-
We make small batches so each design gets attention.
We believe that making better tees is a craft, not a shortcut.
Our sustainability promise
We care about the planet as much as the product. That means:
-
Prioritizing sustainably sourced cotton.
-
Producing in small batches to reduce waste.
-
Choosing partners who treat workers and materials responsibly.
We won’t claim perfection, but we try to make better choices every season.
How we make shopping easy
We want buying a tee to be straightforward:
-
Clear product photos and detailed size charts.
-
Honest notes in each listing (e.g., “size up 1–2 for an oversized look”).
-
Fast production — we print and pack your order quickly.
-
Simple support — if something’s wrong, we fix it.
One line that started it all
We don’t think the T-shirt is the problem — it’s how most T-shirts are made. We want to change that. Our slogan says it plainly:
Be bold. Be playful. Be DIYANYONE.
If you’ve sworn off tees before, give one made the right way a try. We think you might be surprised.
